are in stock) to process and ship your order, regardless of the shipping option you choose. This time frame is necessary for most orders because of inventory fluctuations,
production time, colors and length of hair. To allow you access to the best quality hair, time
is required to obtain a suitable hair specimen for your order.

International Shipping:
Shipping Methods and Transit Times:
Your order will be shipped "Airmail" via the U.S. Postal Service. Airmail shipments are usually delivered to our customers within 10 days of the original shipping date, but can take up to 30 days to deliver due to customs.
Customs:
Some countries charge taxes, duties, and other fees of which you will have to pay before your order is released from customs. You can contact your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately we cannot get this information for you.
Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and International Money Orders. We cannot accept "debit cards" unless it has a Visa or Mastercard logo and can be also used as a credit card. Please note: The "billing" address must be the same address where you receive your credit card statements, or the order cannot be processed. Unfortunately we cannot accept personal or business checks.
Fraud Prevention:
For your protection and ours the following must be implemented before your order can be processed. Upon checkout you will be asked to provide the name and telephone number of the bank that issued your credit card. This information can be located on the back of your credit card and can also be found on your bill or statement. Your order will not ship until we can verify the billing information completely for authenticity. Remember, your billing information MUST match the address of where you receive your monthly credit card statement. We are equipped with a sophisticated credit card processing system to guard against credit card fraud. Any attempts to commit fraud are easily discovered and reported not only to the credit card company but also to your internet provider and to the local authorities in your country. We are extremely diligent about preventing credit card fraud. We have a zero percent fraud ratio due to our strict enforcement. Please do not waste our time and yours as you will NOT get away with any fraudulent activity at our website.
