Gregory Ojeda migrated from Puerto Rico to New York City in the 1950's. As a young man he worked as a floor sweeper in a well established wig making company in New York City. There, he learned the art of manufacturing and preparing European hair for woman's wigs, men's hair systems, and even wigs for fine ceramic dolls.
During the early 1960's in Brooklyn, New York, Gregory opened his first human hair store. Business was happening, so he expanded to the Bronx. In his early business career Gregory's clients were mostly European. Gregory noticed that European hair was not suitable for every person, so he expanded his line of product, creating the Spanish Wave, making textures like straight kinky, jerry curls and afro.
Gregory's Hair Process became very well know, in Hollywood, on Broadway and throughout the International market. He caught the attention of many investors who sent him around the world to teach others how to manufacture human hair.
The last 17 years, Gregory decided to move his wholesale operation to Puerto Rico. He is strictly a wholesale dealer with an import/export business with an annual sales of 7200 pounds of raw human hair to exclusive hair shops around the world.
